Job summary

Travis Perkins in Attleborough is seeking a friendly Multi-drop Van Driver/Customer Service Assistant to join our branch team. You will deliver to local customers and support colleagues in branch, providing first class service while keeping safety at the forefront.

You will drive up to 3.5-ton vehicles, manage multi-drop routes, and ensure orders arrive on time and in good condition. Hours are Mon–Fri 07:30–17:00 and alternating Saturdays 08:00–12:00, with training and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Minimum Cat B licence (up to 3.5t) held for at least 12 months.
• Industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong customer service experience and a safety-aware approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a branch-delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-drop orders using 3.5t vehicles to local customers.
• Provide in-branch customer support and service.
• Adhere to safety policies during loading, unloading and driving.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and flexible work approach.
