Job summary

Pertemps Bond is currently recruiting temporary Multi-Drop Postal/Parcel Delivery Drivers in Basingstoke to support Parcelforce. The role is part-time, up to 35 hours per week, with a pay rate of £15.06 per hour and shift patterns Monday to Friday with weekend flexibility.

You will start at the local delivery office, sort and load deliveries, and then deliver by vehicle or on foot, walking up to 8 miles daily.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with few or no penalty points.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Begin shifts at the local delivery office to sort and load daily deliveries.
• Deliver mail and parcels by vehicle and on foot; walking up to 8 miles per day.
• Use a handheld device to navigate routes and capture customer signatures.
• Safely lift and carry mail bags up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg, using trolleys as needed.
