Job summary

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) are hiring a multi drop driver in Haydock. You will perform multi drop deliveries, collect returns, and support warehouse operations using up to 3.5 tonne vehicles.

The role includes occasional cash collections, vehicle checks, and paperwork, with manual handling and heavy lifting involved. Ideal candidates have a background in multidrop delivery, initiative, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience of multidrop delivery.
• Ability to act on your own initiative and take responsibility for your work.
• Full UK driving licence (Category B).

Responsibilities

• Occasional monetary collections from customers (including cash accounts).
• Maintain vehicle in a roadworthy condition and ensure legal compliance.
• Ensure documentation is correct for vehicle and load prior to release from site.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Work in line with company policies and procedures.
• Role involves manual handling and heavy lifting when loading/unloading vehicles.
