Job summary

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) is hiring for a Multi-Drop Driver to join our team. The role involves dependable, customer-focused delivery and collection of tyres and products across our distribution network using up to 3.5 tonne vehicles.

You will support warehouse duties as needed and be part of an active, safety-conscious team. The position requires a full UK driving licence and a proactive approach to maintaining vehicle readiness and compliant paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driving licence (Category B) held for at least 6 months.
• Experience in multi-drop deliveries is preferred.
• Willingness to assist in warehouse tasks and manual handling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries and collect returns of tyres and products.
• Support warehouse operations when required.
• Ensure all paperwork, vehicle checks and load documentation are completed accurately before vehicle release.
• Adhere to company policies and health & safety requirements.

This is a multi-functional flexible role, carrying outmulti drop deliveries and collection of customer returns of tyres and products to and from our customer base and distribution centres within the MTS network using (up to and including) 3.5 tonne vehicles. You willbe requiredto support the warehouse operation as and whenrequired.

Shift Pattern:

45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 4pm, Saturday rota/overtime

Must have:

• A full clean UK driving licence (Category B) held for at least 6 months, (age restrictions may apply – points or offences may affect your application)

Training Opportunities:

Micheldever has strong Development Routes Programme offering CPC training, licence upgrade to C2 or C1 and general learning on health and safety and other warehouse/logisticsrelated topics.

About the role:

You willbe responsible forthe occasional monetary collections from Customers (including cash accounts)

Assisttomaintainthe vehicle in a roadworthy manner, ensure legal complianceis always maintained

Ensure documentation is correct to vehicle & load prior to vehicle release from site

Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately andon-time.

Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures

You should be aware that this role will involve manual handling and heavy lifting as there is a requirement to load and unload vehicles.

About you:

• Previousexperience within a similar role
• Experience of multidrop delivery
• The ability to act on your own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of your work
• Full UK driving licence (Category B1)
