Job summary

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) is seeking a reliable Multi Drop Driver to join our team in Lillyhall, Workington. You will carry out multi-drop deliveries and collect customer returns of tyres and products to and from our customer base and distribution centres within the MTS network, using up to 3.5 tonne vehicles.

You will also support warehouse operations as required. You will work Monday to Friday with rota Saturday overtime, require a Full UK Driving Licence (Category B) held for at least 6

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (Category B) held for at least 6 months.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience of multidrop delivery.
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
• Willingness to perform manual handling and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Occasional monetary collections from customers (including cash accounts).
• Maintain the vehicle in a roadworthy condition and ensure legal compliance at all times.
• Ensure documentation matches vehicle and load prior to release from site.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Role involves manual handling and heavy lifting.
