Job summary

Hiring People is recruiting for self-employed Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers across Essex and Kent. Training and support are provided to help you get started, with routes via a delivery app and customer-facing responsibilities.

Typical shifts start around 11am, ~9 hours long, and require one weekend day per week. A UK driving licence, 12 months’ experience preferred, and a vehicle may be provided depending on the opportunity.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• A manual or automatic driving licence.
• Good communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and handle parcels safely (up to ~23kg).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading, scanning and organising parcels before departure.
• Following pre-planned delivery routes using a delivery app.
• Delivering parcels safely and on time.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional attitude.
• Representing the partner professionally while on the road.
