Job summary

Alliance Healthcare in Preston is seeking a Multi Drop Delivery Driver to support our wholesale distribution operations. You will complete deliveries of assembled products and invoices to customers, loading orders from dropsheets and ensuring accuracy.

The role requires a full driving license, being over 21, and good verbal and written communication, numeracy, and customer care. It includes manual handling and some warehouse duties, with shifts from 5am to 7am, 48 hours per week.

Qualifications

• A full driving licence must be held relevant to the vehicle being driven.
• Over 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Points may affect shortlist; changes to license must be updated.
• Existing employees must update fleet services with license changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assembled products and invoices to customers safely and efficiently.
• Check dropsheets and ensure all orders are loaded and loaded correctly.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness; report faults promptly.
• Monitor fuel, security of vehicle and contents, and health & safety compliance.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and maintain good customer relations.
