Job summary

World Courier is seeking a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver in Preston to operate across our wholesale distribution services. You will work a 48-hour week with staggered 5am to 7am starts and two daily shifts of 8.5 hours plus a 45-minute break.

The role includes loading and unloading, maintaining vehicle safety, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. Applicants should hold a full driving license, be over 21 for insurance purposes, and have strong communication and customer care

Qualifications

• A full driving license is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer care and numeracy/literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries in a multi-drop route with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure vehicle is roadworthy daily and report faults or delays.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and security of goods.
• Load and unload orders from dropsheets and return totes as instructed.
• Follow health and safety procedures and assist with warehouse tasks when needed.
