Job summary

Complex Logistics Ltd is seeking two 3.5t Multi Drop Delivery Drivers for our site in Dordon, Tamworth. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting parcels efficiently, maintaining vehicle standards, and providing excellent customer service in a safety-focused environment.

Working days are Monday to Friday with a day shift starting at 7:30am. Applicants should have 3 years driving experience and at least 1 year in delivery driving, with a strong focus on punctuality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving experience
• 1+ year delivery driver experience
• Experience working in a logistics/delivery role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect parcels while maintaining professional customer service.
• Carry out daily vehicle walk-around checks and report defects promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, road-worthy and parked securely.
• Ensure all client paperwork is securely stored and handled in line with confidentiality policies.
• Scan every parcel to ensure full traceability and meet time restrictions.
• Clock in/out using biometric systems in line with company procedures.

We are seeking a 2 x 3.5t Multi Drop Delivery Drivers for an operational site in Dordon, Tamworth. Our aim is to recruit, develop and retain the best employees we can.

Duties

• Consistently adhering to all site and company Health & Safety regulations.
• Understanding and complying with the Working Time Directive and EU Driver Rules.
• Carrying out a daily vehicle walk-around check, reporting any defects or damage promptly.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and road-worthy vehicle at all times.
• Ensuring all client paperwork is securely stored and handled in line with confidentiality policies.
• Loading your vehicle safely and securely to support efficient deliveries.
• Delivering and collecting parcels in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Completing 70-100 delivery stops per day while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Meeting all delivery and collection time restrictions.
• Accurately scanning every parcel to ensure full traceability.
• Using biometric systems to clock in and out in line with company procedures.

Experience

• Driving: 3 Years (preferred)
• Delivery Driver: 1 Year (preferred)
