Job summary

Complex Logistics Ltd is seeking 3 x 3.5t multi-drop delivery drivers in the UK. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism and efficient parcel deliveries across a structured route. You will work a day shift with starts at 7:30am, Monday to Friday, delivering and collecting parcels with a focus on customer service.

Applicants should have driving experience and be comfortable with time and route constraints, scanning parcels, and using biometric clocking systems as per company procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving experience preferred.
• Delivery driver experience preferred.
• Able to comply with Working Time Directive and EU Driver Rules.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
• Carry out daily vehicle walk-around checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, road‑worthy vehicle.
• Load and secure parcels safely for delivery.
• Deliver and collect parcels professionally to customers.
• Scan parcels accurately to ensure traceability.
• Clock in/out using biometric systems per procedure.

We are seeking a 3 x 3.5t Multi Drop Delivery Drivers.

Duties

• Consistently adhering to all site and company Health & Safety regulations.
• Understanding and complying with the Working Time Directive and EU Driver Rules.
• Carrying out a daily vehicle walk-around check, reporting any defects or damage promptly.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and road-worthy vehicle at all times.
• Ensuring all client paperwork is securely stored and handled in line with confidentiality policies.
• Loading your vehicle safely and securely to support efficient deliveries.
• Delivering and collecting parcels in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Completing 70-100 delivery stops per day while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Meeting all delivery and collection time restrictions.
• Accurately scanning every parcel to ensure full traceability.
• Using biometric systems to clock in and out in line with company procedures.

Experience

• Driving: 3 Years (preferred)
• Delivery Driver: 1 Year (preferred)
