Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in the UK seeks a Production Operative to join our factory teams across multiple departments including forging operations.

The role entails shift work and requires flexibility to move between Hot Works, Cold Works, Billet Cutting, Inspection, Lathes, Centreless Grinding, Packing and Despatch. You will follow SOPs, complete route cards, and maintain a high standard of health and safety while delivering quality products on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Forging environment preferred.
• Ability to follow job instructions and quality standards.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety at work.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products to a high standard and report issues.
• Complete route cards and paperwork accurately.
• Follow SOPs and safe work instructions at all times.
• Maintain 5S/TPM/PPM and site housekeeping daily.
• Support other departments as required.
