Job summary

Experis is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer for a contract in Knutsford, Hybrid with 3 days onsite per week. You will shape secure multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automate security remediation across CI/CD. The role requires hands-on IaC, containerisation, and threat modelling.

You'll work with engineering, security and DevOps teams, ensuring security governance and compliant cloud operations while maintaining high availability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Proven Cloud Engineer with security-focused background.
• Experience across AWS, Azure and GCP security controls.
• Strong automation and IaC implementation skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on with SIEMs, monitoring and threat modelling.

Responsibilities

• Drive secure cloud infrastructure design and implementation.
• Develop automation for security monitoring and remediation.
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed security in CI/CD pipelines.
• Assess cloud risks, vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
• Define and review cloud architecture and governance.
• Maintain secure, scalable cloud platforms across multi-cloud.
