Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer for a contract role in Knutsford. Hybrid work arrangement requires 3 days on site per week. The role focuses on securing multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and driving automation, with an emphasis on CI/CD security practices.

The candidate will implement secure cloud platforms, work with DevOps and security teams, and contribute to threat modelling and governance. Umbrella rate up to £630.20 per day inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cloud Engineer, Cloud Security Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, or similar role.
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience translating HLDs/LLDs into secure solutions.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive cloud infrastructure improvements aligned with security objectives.
• Design, build and maintain secure cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable services.
• Develop automation for security monitoring, incident response, and remediation.
• Ensure platforms comply with security standards and SDLC practices.
