Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Cloud FinOps Engineer to lead financial governance, cost optimization, reporting, forecasting, and commercial management of the organization’s cloud estate across Azure, AWS and GCP.

The role collaborates with Cloud Engineering, Platform Operations, Finance, Procurement and Cloud Service Owners to maximize business value from cloud consumption while ensuring accountability across a distributed model.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud FinOps, ITFM or TBM disciplines.
• Hands-on with Azure or AWS at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud billing models and cost allocation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cloud financial governance and cost allocation models.
• Identify and implement cloud cost optimization opportunities across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Develop dashboards and reports for executives, budget holders, and IT finance.
• Forecast cloud spend and assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts.
• Manage reservations, savings plans, and cost optimization strategies.
