Job summary

Atlas Ceramics South Ltd invites applicants to join as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. This role offers hands-on experience across keyword research, analytics, campaigns, and blog content while supporting website maintenance and supplier relations.

You will develop IT and marketing skills through a 1 year 6 month programme with JUST IT TRAINING LIMITED, leading to permanent potential. Training includes HTML/CSS/SEO basics and multi-channel marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at least 4/C grade.
• Strong communication and IT skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00, with good organisational skills.
• Interest in digital marketing and training through apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and use Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions.
• Assist with front-end and back-end website tasks.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and blog posts.
• Perform market research on products and competitors.
• Manage social media platforms and engage with audiences.
• Assist in producing promotional materials such as leaflets and brochures.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person.
• Assist with ordering and supplier negotiations.
• Prepare quotations and support sales orders.
• Create product videos for YouTube and other channels.
• Suggest improvements to streamline processes and drive innovation.
• Support day-to-day website and sales order processing.
• Coordinate courier arrangements and delivery logistics.
• Gain technical knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.

At Atlas Ceramics we import and distribute high quality products to support the tiling industry.These products include Polished tiles, Matte tiles or Satin tiles for the wall and floor, ceramic and porcelain tiles, natural stone and mosaics, from Italy, Portugal, and Spain.These products are suitable for every area of the home, especially the kitchen and bathroom.We also hold all the ancillary products that you will need to complete your project, such as Weber adhesives, grouts and levelling compounds.We quickly turn around orders with ease and due to our strong relationships with other suppliers, we can offer a wide range of high quality material for all your needs.We are always keen to source new tiles to add to our ranges and by keeping updated with the ever changing designs and options supplied by the factories, we are familiar with many of the different products available.
