Job summary

HFIS Limited, part of Brown & Brown (Europe) Limited, is hiring for a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contact centre role in Borehamwood. You will work in a multi-channel environment, handling calls, emails, live chat, and post while striving to meet KPIs.

You will respond to landlord, tenant and interested party enquiries, process memberships and deposits, and cross-sell HFIS Group products. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-channel contact centre environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via telephone, post, live chat and email.
• Process memberships, deposit protection and un-protection applications.
• Handle agent renewals, member compliance and credit control as needed.
• Investigate misapplied payments and invoicing issues.
• Support HFIS Membership and Business Development teams during busy periods.
• Cross-sell HFIS Group products when opportunities arise.
