Rugby Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a team handling enquiries about refuse and recycling, council tax, housing tenancies and repairs, environmental issues, licensing, parking and more.

You will assist customers to access and pay for services via face to face, telephone and email channels. Full time – 37 hours a week with Agile working considered after training. Salary £26,847 - £29,071 and a generous benefits package.

• Experience in a busy customer service environment.
• Able to learn and apply new procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries about council services via phone, email, and in person.
