Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee in-store food service operations, including Greggs, Burger King and Subway. You will lead a multi-brand team across several units, managing staffing, compliance and daily operations to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You will drive performance, maintain food safety standards and ensure costs, stock and labour are managed to support profitability. Weekend/evening shifts required; competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising in a food service or hospitality environment.
