Job summary

Kindred | Marketing Recruitment Specialists is seeking a creative production lead to oversee multi-brand campaigns for a UK leisure and entertainment operator. Based at the Surrey head office with regular travel to venues across the UK, you will guide both in-house producers and external agencies to deliver on-brand work on tight deadlines.

You’ll run the production pipeline, safeguard brand guidelines, partner with strategic agencies, and apply the right AI tools to boost speed and quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading creative or content production and traffic management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing creative output for multiple brands while preserving brand guidelines.
• Experience briefing and directing external creative, artwork or production agencies.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative production and selecting the right tool for the task.
• Strong creative eye and ability to give clear, constructive design feedback.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to venues across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Run the creative traffic, owning the production pipeline from briefing to delivery.
• Guard each brand's identity, keeping assets in-brand.
• Partner with strategic agencies on brand guidelines and application.
• Put AI to work, choosing tools and improving speed without sacrificing quality.
