Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a Head of Brand, Creative & Campaigns for a senior, visually-led role in the travel sector. You will own the brand identity, direct campaigns, and lead external agencies, with hands-on edit capability and AI-forward workflows.

The role is fully remote with regular travel to London, offering a high-visibility function to scale marketing across a niche operator focused on experiences and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a creative agency or in-house team at Art Director level.
• Background in Travel, Experience or Hospitality desirable.
• Outstanding visual portfolio across digital.
• Hands-on with final edits when needed.
• Experience directing external agencies and freelancers.
• AI-forward approach to creative production.
• Commercially aware with senior stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Lead and steer the creative direction of campaigns from concept to activation.
• Direct external creative agencies, freelancers, and video/production partners.
• Collaborate with Organic and Social teams to ensure on-brand outputs across channels.
• Embed AI in creative production and workflows to move faster without losing quality.
• Manage the brand and creative budget and measure return on investment.
