Job summary

Actio Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Turner (Programmer/Setter/Operator) in Oxfordshire. You will program, set and operate multi-axis CNC lathes to produce high‑precision components for demanding industries, using Goodway and DMG machines.

The role requires strong Fanuc controls experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to work from drawings and 3D models. Overtime and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Experience with Fanuc controls on multi-axis CNC lathes.
• Skilled in programming, setting and operating CNC lathes.
• Ability to produce high-precision components to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate multi-axis CNC lathes (Goodway and DMG).
• Manufacture complex components from drawings and 3D models.
• Carry out manual inspection and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Follow workplace processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Operate more than one machine when required.
