The role

Linsco is working with a well-established Social Housing company that is looking for several Multi-Skilled Operatives for their site in Darlington.

Responsibilities

1. Undertake repairs within tenanted and vacant properties.
2. Attend appointments promptly and provide tenants with updates on work being undertaken.
3. Minimize dust and dirt in tenanted properties and leave properties in acceptable condition upon completion.
4. Follow all safe systems of work and risk assessments.
5. Accurately record visit outcomes on the housing management system, including detailed notes and start/finish times.
6. Respond to emergency appointments as needed.
7. Collaborate with other housing service teams to share information regarding tenancy matters, including hoarding and properties in poor condition.
8. Maintain tools and equipment to required standards.
9. Assist tradesmen, move materials, and complete snagging tasks.
