Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Health & Safety Instructor to train delegates in accredited and non-accredited programmes across construction, utilities, and heavy industry. The role combines classroom and hands-on coaching to develop future professionals while expanding your own qualifications.

The ideal candidate has a genuine muddy boots background, strong communication, and a passion for developing others.

Qualifications

• Genuine muddy boots background in construction, utilities, engineering or heavy industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for developing others.
• Knowledge of IOSH, NEBOSH, CITB, PASMA, IPAF or First Aid training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accredited and non-accredited Health & Safety training to delegates from construction, engineering, utilities and infrastructure organisations.
• Deliver both classroom-based and practical training sessions.
• Teach courses including IOSH, NEBOSH, CITB, Manual Handling and other Health & Safety programmes.
• Assess learner competence through practical and theory-based assessments.
• Prepare training materials and practical exercises; maintain learner records and support quality assurance.
• Receive ongoing instructor development and additional industry accreditations; Monday-Friday, 40-hour working week.
