Job summary

Principal People Recruitment is seeking a Health and Safety Trainer to deliver CITB accredited training from their Oxfordshire training centre, with some travel to client sites. The role includes potential advisory H&S duties within the business and on-site/off-site training delivery.

Requirements include NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, CITB Tutor accreditation, proven training delivery experience, and a dedicated teaching qualification, plus strong communication and engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and engagement abilities.
• Must be NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.
• CITB Tutor accreditation required.
• Holding a dedicated training/teaching qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CITB accredited H&S training (SMSTS/SSSTS/H&S Awareness/Directors/Temporary Works/Scaffolding/Manual Handling/Working at height, etc.).
• Occasional operational site audits and client site inspections.
