Job summary

Brampton Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead a busy MSP-style IT services team. You will drive delivery of support, projects and managed services for business customers, while mentoring the technical staff and coordinating resources to meet service levels.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, support sales tech discussions, and help shape technical standards and processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

Must have proven MSP experience and leadership in service delivery.
Experience with MSP tools and PSA/RMM platforms is essential.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience recruiting, managing and developing a technical team.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Certifications such as Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure or Cisco are preferred.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for delivery of IT support, projects and managed services to business customers.
Lead, manage and develop the technical team with recruitment, onboarding and appraisals.
Allocate resources and schedule to meet operational and project needs.
Monitor service delivery and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
Build relationships with customers and act as key technical contact for stakeholders.
Lead technical discussions during the sales process and in project delivery.
Ensure accurate documentation and contract records.
