Honeybeerecruitment.com Ltd. trading as Military Medical Personnel (MMP) is seeking a Locum Rehabilitation Instructor to cover an assignment with the Ministry of Defence at HMS Seahawk Medical Centre, Helston, Cornwall.

The role is 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £25.92 per hour and a closing date of 29 December 2026. The successful candidate will manage MSK injuries across Navy, Army and RAF personnel, delivering prescribed exercise rehabilitation and working within a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation with BaSRaT membership.
• BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy with SST membership.
• Military ERI qualification via JSSERI.
• BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.
• Evidence of Safeguarding Children and Young People and Safeguarding Adults Level 3 training.

Responsibilities

• Manage MoD personnel with MSK injuries and deliver exercise rehabilitation.
• Design and implement safe progressive exercise programmes per ERI standards.
• Record treatments including individual and group sessions.
• Deliver group exercise sessions up to 15 patients.
• Work within a MDT to provide comprehensive rehab services.
• Collaborate with managers and MDT members.
• Adhere to clinical governance and assurance.
