Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) advertises a substantive Consultant Radiologist with a specialist MSK interest to join our large imaging division across three acute sites in Greater Manchester. The post combines replacement duties within Adults’ Radiology with a strong MSK focus.

The successful candidate will join a team of over 50 consultants, reporting on MSK CT/MRI/US and guiding interventional MSK procedures, while contributing to MSK MDTs and on-call services.

Qualifications

• Wide experience in diagnostic MSK imaging including CT, MRI, US and fluoroscopy.
• Experience in MSK MDTs and leading MSK services.
• Competence in MSK interventions and reporting across modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting for MSK CT, MRI, ultrasound and fluoroscopy across major sites.
• Lead and participate in MSK MDTs and regional MSK services.
• Deliver acute on-call radiology support and MSK-focused clinical duties.
