Job summary

Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) invites applications for a full-time Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist. The role focuses on delivering MSK imaging across elective and emergency pathways with a 1:10 on-call rota and potential regional expansion.

The post requires FRCR or equivalent, with subspecialty training in MSK radiology and current GMC registration. Candidates should be able to travel between Queen’s Medical Centre and City Hospital sites as required.

Qualifications

• Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists or equivalent.
• Completed subspecialty training in musculoskeletal radiology.
• Eligible for Specialist Register or within 6 months of CCT at interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive MSK radiology services including elective and emergency on-call.
• Report Plain Film, MRI and CT, and perform ultrasound and image-guided procedures.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and CPD activities.
