Job summary

Practice Plus Group in Lancaster is seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our Health in Justice MSK team at HMP Lancaster Farms on a part-time basis (1 day per week, 8 hours). The role offers a pro rata salary between £39,000 and £54,000, depending on experience, with no on-call or weekend work to support work-life balance.

You will work under the Clinical Lead with regional support, develop clinically, and have access to in-service training and external courses.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered with proven MSK outpatient experience.
• Experience with complex or chronic MSK presentations.
• Able to work autonomously within an MDT and maintain records.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based MSK care tailored to patient needs.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per policies.
• Collaborate with the MDT and prison service teams.
• Promote quality improvement and shared learning.
• Manage own caseload and waiting list autonomously.
