Job summary

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an outpatient physiotherapist (Band 5) to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal disorders across two sites in West Sussex. The role offers supervision, ongoing professional development and opportunities to participate in service development initiatives.

You will rotate between Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital and the Clinic at Madgewick Lane, Chichester, with access to MSK colleagues and specialist services to support your

Qualifications

Newly qualified or existing Band 5 clinician
Experience in MSK physiotherapy is desirable
Able to work in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to service development

Responsibilities

Perform assessments, diagnose and treat a range of MSK conditions in outpatient clinics
Formulate and deliver personalised treatment plans informed by evidence-based practice
Report and document patient progress and pathway variances
Provide education and advice to patients and their carers
Participate in supervision, teaching sessions and departmental meetings
