Job summary

CLCH is seeking an experienced Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist to progress to Band 8a within our community MSK service in London. The role offers a 6-month developmental pathway with structured support and progression contingent on competencies.

You will deliver high-quality advanced clinical care, contribute to leadership and service development, and mentor colleagues as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Extensive NHS MSK experience and Band 7 level or equivalent.
• Demonstrated progression towards advanced practice and leadership.
• Commitment to education, service development and governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical care for adults with complex MSK conditions.
• Provide expert clinical opinion to managers for service development.
• Lead the development and evaluation of the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safe, effective patient pathways.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship within the MSK service.
• Apply clinical governance to support quality and continuous improvement.
