Job summary

First Community Health And Care is seeking a Band 5 physiotherapist to join the MSK Physiotherapy Team. You will work within a friendly, forward-thinking department with strong clinical support from senior staff, First Contact Practitioners, and Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners.

The role involves assessing and treating a mixed musculoskeletal outpatients caseload, contributing to rehabilitation classes, and committing to ongoing CPD.

Qualifications

• Core student placements completed
• MSK experience as a Band 5 physiotherapist
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology
• Basic knowledge of assessment and treatment tools
• HCPC registration
• CSP membership
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to travel between sites
• Self-directed in learning and committed to CPD

Responsibilities

• Delivering high quality clinical work in the musculoskeletal service.
• Assessing and treating own caseload of patients and to maintain own records as an autonomous practitioner.
