Job summary

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic Physiotherapists with a clinical interest and experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to join the MSK service across Leicester City. You will be based at two of four clinics, with one full-time vacancy (37.5 hours per week) and a commitment to staff development and supervision.

Qualifications

• Specialist MSK physiotherapy assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary pathway.
• Commitment to ongoing CPD and current MSK management knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and workload prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team and use electronic patient records for both in-person and remote care.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist MSK physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients within a multi-disciplinary pathway.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current issues and evidence-based MSK management through CPD.
• Prioritise and manage your own MSK caseload and motivate others.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team; proficient with electronic patient records; deliver face-to-face and remote services.
