Job summary

Bupa is expanding its MSK Therapy service at the Chelsea Clinic. We are seeking a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with post-qualification MSK experience to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves MSK assessment and treatment for insured and self-pay clients, with potential for remote hours and a part-time 16-hour week.

Hybrid working available; HCPC registration required and postgraduate qualifications encouraged. Salary up to £50,800 FTE, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ post-qualification MSK experience is essential.
• Must be registered with HCPC as a Physiotherapist.
• Post-graduate qualifications such as MSc or MACP are preferred.
• Experience treating private patients / sports injuries is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide MSK therapy assessment and treatment to insured and self-pay customers.
• Collaborate with Centre Managers and MSK Therapy Leads to engage local community.
• Deliver progressive MSK assessment and rehabilitation within a multidisciplinary team.
• Promote a positive customer experience and clear patient communication.

Job Description: MSK Physiotherapist 16 Hours part time onsite, 2 days Mon-Thurs. Due to increased demand, we are expanding our MSK Therapy service within Bupa Health Clinics. We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in our Chelsea Clinic. You will be HCPC registered and bring your post graduate experience of working in MSK. You’ll also have clinical admin time in your diaries to ensure you have capacity to complete your notes effectively.

Role Overview: Provide MSK therapy assessment and treatment to both insured (we are registered with all major insurance providers) and self-pay customers, as well as working closely with Centre Managers and MSK Therapy Leads to engage the local public, corporate and healthcare community. Work within an MSK multidisciplinary team of Physicians, APPs, Physios, as well as wider team of GPs, Health Advisers and Mental Health practitioners. Deliver a comprehensive and progressive therapeutic approach to the assessment and rehabilitation of all MSK conditions. Inspire people at all levels of your specialist area to deliver a superior customer experience. Speak with enthusiasm about the customer journey and give others confidence in what you’re trying to achieve.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• 2 years’ experience post qualification essential
• Practising member of the HCPC (Physiotherapists) and regulatory body/professional association
• Extensive post-graduate working experience in musculoskeletal medicine
• Post-graduate qualifications preferential e.g., appropriate MSc, MACP
• Experience of treating private patients / sports injuries
• Excellent written and verbal skills alongside having great organisational and time management abilities
