New Victoria Hospital in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll deliver high-quality MSK outpatient and orthopaedic inpatient assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation, supporting patients to regain mobility and independence.

Applicants should have a Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy, HCPC and CSP registration, and a minimum of three years’ post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with experience in orthopaedics,

Our Physiotherapy team provides high-quality services across both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting patients through every stage of their recovery journey in a safe, supportive, and patient-centred environment.**How you’ll help us make health happen**As a Physiotherapist, you'll work across both MSK Outpatients and Orthopaedic Inpatients, providing expert assessment, treatment, advice, and rehabilitation to a diverse patient group. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and achieve the best possible outcomes following injury, illness, or surgery.**Key responsibilities*** Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and advice for both outpatient and inpatient populations.* Manage orthopaedic patients pre and post operatively, ensuring safe and effective recovery plans are implemented.* Develop individualised treatment programmes and monitor patient progress against agreed goals.* Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing teams, allied health professionals, and other key stakeholders to provide excellent patient care.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional and regulatory standards.* Support service development through audit, research, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice.* Contribute to the education and development of colleagues, students, and other healthcare professionals.* Assist with the day-to-day organisation of the service, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.* Participate in weekend, evening, and out-of-hours cover as required.* Occasional requirement to support late orthopaedic surgery cover.
