Job summary

Bupa is expanding its MSK Therapy service at the Croydon Clinic. We are seeking a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with post-qualification MSK experience to join a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers both on-site and flexible hours, with clinical admin time to ensure quality notes and patient care. Being part of a larger health services group, you’ll work with physicians, APPs, GPs, and health professionals to deliver a comprehensive therapeutic approach, while supporting insured and self-pay

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience post qualification essential.
• Practising member of the HCPC (Physiotherapists).
• Extensive post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal medicine.
• Desirable – Women’s Health Physiotherapy experience.
• Post-graduate qualifications preferred (MSc/MACP).
• Experience treating private patients / sports injuries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide MSK therapy assessment and treatment for insured and self-pay clients.
• Collaborate with Centre Managers and MSK Therapy Leads to engage the local community.
• Deliver a progressive therapeutic approach for assessment and rehabilitation of MSK conditions.
• Maintain clear clinical notes with dedicated admin time.

Due to increased demand, we are expanding our MSK Therapy service within Bupa Health Clinics. We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in our relocated Croydon Clinic. You will be HCPC registered and bring your post graduate experience of working in MSK. You’ll also have clinical admin time in your diaries to ensure you have capacity to complete your notes effectively.

Role Overview

Provide MSK therapy assessment and treatment to both insured (we are registered with all major insurance providers) and self-pay customers, as well as working closely with Centre Managers and MSK Therapy Leads to engage the local public, corporate and healthcare community. Work within an MSK multidisciplinary team of Physicians, APPs, Physios, as well as wider team of GPs, Health Advisers and Mental Health practitioners. Deliver a comprehensive and progressive therapeutic approach to the assessment and rehabilitation of all MSK conditions. Inspire people at all levels of your specialist area to deliver a superior customer experience. Speak with enthusiasm about the customer journey and give others confidence in what you’re trying to achieve.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

• 2 years’ experience post qualification essential Practising member of the HCPC (Physiotherapists) and regulatory body/professional association.
• Extensive post-graduate working experience in musculoskeletal medicine.
• Desirable - Woman's Health Physiotherapy Experience.
• Post-graduate qualifications preferential e.g., appropriate MSc, MACP.
• Experience of treating private patients / sports injuries.
• Excellent written and verbal skills alongside having great organisational and time management abilities.
