Job summary

Central London Community Health Trust in London is seeking a Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist for a 6‑month developmental post progressing to Band 8a. The role offers a structured pathway with leadership, education and service development opportunities within the integrated MSK service.

You will work alongside Advanced Practitioners and a Consultant Physiotherapist, delivering high‑quality patient care and developing advanced clinical reasoning, governance and service improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in physiotherapy.
• HCPC registration.
• MSK MSc in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Evidence of CPD in MSK physiotherapy.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical care for adults with complex MSK conditions.
• Provide clinical leadership and contribute to service development.
• Lead in organisation, development, and evaluation of the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner service.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure safe patient management.
• Support quality improvement, audit and research within the service.
