Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Voice and Unified Communications Projects Engineer (MS Teams Administrator) to support telephony and UC transformation programmes across ELFT. This on-site role requires a hands-on project engineer with strong Teams Voice administration and end-to-end UC migration experience.

The position covers East London, Luton, and Bedfordshire, with frequent travel between sites; own transport is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft Teams Voice administration and UC migrations.
• Hands-on project engineer role, not a service desk.
• London-based or within commutable distance; willing to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on project work for migrating legacy telephony to Teams Voice.
• Configure, deploy, and support Teams endpoints.
• Carry out site readiness assessments with operational teams.
• Plan and execute cutovers with the Voice & UC Programme.
• Engage with clinical teams, site leads, Estates and Digital stakeholders.
• MS Teams configuration: Auto Attendants, Call Queues, Resource Accounts.
• Dial Plans, Calling Policies, Voice Routing.
• Endpoint profile configuration.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting, user training and go-live support.
• Maintain documentation and change control.
• Represent Digital Voice & UC as SME on-site.
