Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a MS Power Platform Technical Consultant based in or commutable distance to Portsmouth, Hampshire.

WARNING: for this role, candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered.

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years.

What will you do:

• Identify user needs and create great relationships with project stakeholders.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions to meet user needs within a delivery team.
• Be a technical specialist, producing high-quality applications, both model-driven and canvas, as well as enterprise-scale Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions.
• Understand governance principles and advise on best practices for empowering Power Platform makers.
• Build solutions as part of an agile team using declarative tools, backed by Microsoft and our own technical accelerators. You will follow software engineering best practices and have input into solution design.

Your skills and experience:

• Energy and excitement about the Power Platform, its technologies, and capabilities, along with knowledge of its limitations.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams in implementing Power Platform solutions.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps.
• A passion for industry standards and best practices in designing and building Power Platform solutions.
• A focus on delivering positive outcomes for clients of various scales.
• Experience working in an agile environment within collaborative teams.

Role is hybrid - 2 days per week at the nearest office in the first 6 months, then fully remote.

Hiring process: two steps

Salary: up to £75,000 annually DOE
