Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead projects delivering MS Dynamics CRM solutions for clients.
• Architect CRM system, customizations, portals and reports to model client processes.
• Write technical specifications and data migration/integration mappings.
• Install CRM and related components such as Scribe.
• Guide project through design and architecture sessions, advise on best practices.
• Daily communications with the client to track progress and resolve issues.
• Support post go-live for bug fixes and enhancements.
