Job summary

A leading engineering and manufacturing organisation in the UK is seeking an experienced MRP Scheduler for an 18-month FTC, offering up to £50,000 per annum. The role focuses on keeping production schedules on track using SAP within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You’ll work with Production, Engineering and Project Management teams to identify risks, resolve issues and minimise delays, with KPI reporting and capacity planning as core duties.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP experience - Essential.
• SAP experience within a manufacturing environment - Essential.
• Previous experience in MRP, Production Planning or Scheduling.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and proactively identify risks.
• Defence, Aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining production orders in SAP
• Monitoring progress and identifying bottlenecks, delays and schedule slippage
• Producing daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
• Identifying risks around material shortages and production capacity
• Ensuring Engineering changes and revisions are accurately reflected in SAP
• Maintaining work centre capacity and holiday calendars in SAP
• Communicating schedule changes and delays to key stakeholders

MRP Scheduler - 18 Month FTC

A leading engineering and manufacturing organisation is looking for an experienced MRP Scheduler to join their team on an 18-month FTC, offering a salary of up to £50,000 per annum.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced MRP Scheduler, Production Planner or Manufacturing Planner who is confident using SAP within a manufacturing environment and wants to work in a highly regulated, technically advanced sector.

What's on offer:

• Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
• 18-month FTC
• Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
• Flexi-time - accrue up to an additional 12 days' annual leave

The Role:
