Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking an MRO Technician in the UK to support our global service operations. You will set up and operate machines, follow engineering drawings and SOPs, and perform fault diagnosis on hydraulic and pneumatic components.

The role requires careful documentation and coordination with partners to ensure timely release of repaired products. The position offers a competitive hourly rate with shift allowance, bonus eligibility, and a benefits package including 25 days’ annual leave

Responsibilities

• Investigate & evaluate hydraulic and pneumatic products returned from customers, fault diagnosis, and teardown report creation.

• Communicate with Internal/External Partners, ensuring all paperwork and electronic information to allow the release of the repaired product back into service is completed.

The position of MRO Technician is critical to supporting our customer base. As a member of the team, you will be able to set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Undertaking a variety of technical responsibilities, you will have the ability to follow engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process.

In This Role, You Will Be Required To

• You will be required to investigate & evaluate hydraulic and pneumatic product returned from our customers, whilst carrying out fault diagnosis and teardown report creation to aid the quotation process.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Operate within Company laid down procedures.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Help ensure stock accuracy by picking jobs and owning job transactions, with the ability to maintain batch traceability of all parts.
• SAP (or similar) systems
• IT literate

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate for this role, enhanced by shift allowance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
