Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a deburr operator to support manufacturing processes. You will deburr using planning sheets, gauges, and supplied tooling, while maintaining a steady workflow across the area.

The role requires practical skills, concentration, and the ability to adapt to changing demand; experience with deburring and production environments is a plus. Overtime and shift work are expected, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Effectively and efficiently deburr using the Planning Sheets, tooling, gauges and material provided.
• Maintain a good volume of work through the area using the guidelines of times given on the Planning Sheets or a time given as a result of a time request.
• Devise and improve deburr methods.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Competent in the use of planning sheets, use of deburring equipment, knowledge and understanding of business procedures
• Good practical skills
• Concentration and focus

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Engineering or other hands on production experience
• High levels of dexterity, coupled with excellent practical skills
• Independent learning and the ability to respond to change in demand

Note: this role will necessitate shift working and overtime as required to meet business needs

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate for this role, enhanced by shift allowance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
