Responsibilities

• Provide independent market and rental value reports for loans and portfolios.
• Conduct valuations for financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, and taxation.
• Deliver reports on the value of client property assets for company accounts.
• Supply asset data for investment funds and trusts.
