Job summary

A Rural Surveyor opportunity with Agricultural and Farming Jobs Agency in Bath and surrounding counties. Join a consultancy handling valuations, compulsory purchase and expert witness work, based from Bath with flexibility to work from Bristol as required.

You will develop a diverse rural and residential portfolio across Bath, Bristol and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality Red Book valuations, client relationships and business development. MRICS and full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified and an RICS Registered Valuer.
• Technically strong, analytical and commercially minded.
• Confident producing high-quality reports and Red Book valuations.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing their own workload and working to deadlines.
• Experienced in, or keen to develop, Expert Witness and Compulsory Purchase work.
• Confident building relationships and developing new business.
• Ideally well connected within the local professional and rural market.
• A full UK driving licence holder.

Here's an opportunity to join an established consultancy team and build your career across a genuinely varied rural and residential portfolio.

Working across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding counties, you'll be involved in a broad mix of valuation, consultancy, compulsory purchase and expert witness work with plenty of opportunity to develop your technical expertise, client relationships and business development skills.

You’ll be based from Bath, with the flexibility to work from Bristol when required.
