Job summary

Pinders is seeking an ambitious MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy leadership team across the UK. You’ll develop key client relationships, deliver varied professional surveys, and help drive growth while enjoying significant autonomy and national travel.

Working closely with the Head of Building Consultancy, you’ll manage technical due diligence, commercial surveys, and project monitoring for lenders and investors, with a clear pathway toward senior leadership.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience within private practice.
• Experience undertaking technical due diligence and acquisition surveys.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical due diligence and acquisition surveys.
• Prepare commercial building surveys and condition reports.
• Manage project monitoring for banks and lenders.
• Conduct defect diagnosis and technical reporting.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Lead and mentor junior surveyors as part of the leadership pathway.
