Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a chartered Building Surveyor to work on Disrepair projects primarily in London & the South East. This is self-employed work outside IR35 and is paid per report. You will undertake comprehensive surveys of disrepair claims and produce detailed expert witness reports for legal proceedings.

Applicants must be MRICS qualified with 3+ years PQE and possess residential surveying experience. Flexible long-term work potential is highlighted in this opportunity.
