Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor to support a major Banking Account. The role focuses on building external fabric across the estate, delivering surveys, inspections and lifecycle planning.

You will manage a 42-site annual programme, coordinate specialist resources, and provide governance-ready evidence to clients while travelling regularly from home-based locations.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is essential and travel ability is required.
• Experience in building surveying and fabric assessment is required.
• Ability to travel across multiple sites is expected and essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fabric surveying, inspections and condition assessments.
• Manage a risk-based fabric management framework and lifecycle priorities.
• Coordinate specialist resources and produce governance-ready evidence for client reporting.
