Foster & May in London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who will help shape the brand of our Quantity Surveying division and work toward a Director level role.

You will manage projects up to £30m life science labs and other developments, lead a small team, and nurture client relationships while delivering pre and post-contract excellence.

Qualificações

• MRICS or FRICS membership is required.
• PQ S/consultancy environment experience.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Excellent pre and post-contract experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver projects with a growing QS team.
• Develop and promote the QS division within Foster & May.
• Manage client relationships and engage stakeholders.
• Contribute to setting strategic direction toward Director.

The Senior Director of a Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who has the ambition and drive to build the brand of the Quantity Surveying division in London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a leading role in delivering work, building a team, and work themselves into a position of becoming the Quantity Surveying Director at Board level.

Work wise, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will be working on £30m life science labs, a marina village development, residential, and a commercial film studio.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or FRICS
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Comfortable still leading and delivering projects
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Happy to work in a small team
• A leader, ambitious, client facing
