Job summary

TED Recruitment is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor in Glasgow to join a busy PQS practice with exposure to building and infrastructure projects.

You should be MRICS with around five years of post-graduate experience, UK Quantity Surveying qualification, and experience managing a small team; knowledge of JCT is essential, NEC preferred. Hybrid working is offered along with private medical cover and other benefits.

Qualifications

• MRICS status with UK PQS exposure.
• Experience leading small teams on project scopes.
• Strong pre/post contract experience within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work on pre and post contract activities on various projects.
• Manage a small team within the Glasgow office.
• Communicate with clients, consultants and contractors effectively.
